The Background In July 2005, amidst much controversy, Annastacia DeMoore was crowned Miss Gay Indiana. The controversy was around Annastacia wearing shoes during gown competition on prelim night, and then not wearing shoes during gown competition on final night. This action should have resulted in a 0 score for Gown on final night. The current Miss Gay Indiana Promoter was made aware by Annastacia DeMoore, two days after the pageant, that she had lied and therefore, cheated during final night competition and indicated she wanted to step down. In January, 2006, the promoter visited Annastacia to retrieve her crown and their conversation was video taped. Inside: The Unedited Video |
